Solivagant Automation & Consulting LLC ("Solivagant," "we," "us") is a Nevada limited liability company. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how you can contact us about it. It applies to this marketing site at solivagant.co.
What this site collects directly
This site has no contact forms, no email capture, and no newsletter sign-up. The only data we collect directly is through Firebase Analytics (see below). We do not sell any data we collect, and we do not share it with anyone outside the service providers listed here.
Third-party tools embedded on the site
Calendly.The "Book a call" section uses the Calendly inline scheduler. When you open that scheduler and book a call, Calendly processes the name, email, time zone, and any other information you type into its form. That data flows to Calendly under their own privacy policy, and we receive the booking details so we can show up to the call. See calendly.com/privacy.
Firebase Analytics (Google Analytics 4). We use Firebase Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns (page views, referrer, approximate location, device type, session duration). This is the same underlying service as Google Analytics 4. It sets cookies and a local identifier on your device. We do not use this to identify you personally or to build an advertising profile. For how Google handles this data, see policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out of GA tracking site-wide with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Hosting and server logs
Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard request logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp). We use these only for basic reliability and abuse prevention. We do not join them to identifying information, and we do not sell or share them.
How we use information
If you book a call through Calendly, we use what you provide only to run that call and any follow-up you request. We do not add booked contacts to a marketing list, do not resell any information, and do not use it to build profiles.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. Because we do not keep a customer database on this marketing site, most requests can be resolved simply by having Calendly purge your booking record, which you can trigger directly through your Calendly confirmation email or by contacting us.
Children
Our services are intended for business use by adults. The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. Meaningful changes will be called out in that update.
